Where do you ship to?
We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated and applied at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS, but may also use other major carriers or local courier partners depending on your location. Available options will be shown at checkout.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends will ship the following week.

Please check your spam folder for order confirmations and tracking emails.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships and is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking email. If shipping insurance was not selected, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times vary by location:
  • Domestic: 5–10 business days
  • International: 2 weeks to 2 months
Is my package lost?
Packages are considered lost after no tracking updates for 14 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international). Please contact us if this occurs.
It’s delivered, but where is my package?
If marked delivered, please check nearby areas and contact the carrier directly. We are not responsible for stolen or misdelivered packages.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
