Where do you ship to?
We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to ship?
In-stock orders ship in 2–5 business days. Holiday and preorder periods may take longer.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed once your order is scanned by the carrier.
Lost or delivered packages?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders and BackerKit pledges are final sale.

Can I send a plush as a gift?
Yes! You may ship orders directly to your gift recipient. Prices are hidden on packing slips.
Are Baozai Friends plushies safe for children?
Baozai Friends plushies are generally recommended for ages 3+. Adult supervision is recommended for younger children due to small parts.
How should I clean my plush?
Spot clean only with mild soap and cold water. Air dry completely. Avoid machine washing and high heat to preserve shape and embroidery.
Do you donate to animal shelters?
Yes! A portion of Baozai Friends proceeds supports animal shelters.
